We have currently raised £360,000, the original cost estimation of the scheme which was based on a site compound at the rear of the premises. However we have been unable to negotiate access to this area for our contractors and the work is now taking place using the front of the building. Due to the restricted nature of the site and the lack of space, the time scale and costs have risen and we are now desperately attempting to reach our new target of £420,000 to allow the building work to be completed and the church to re-open.
